Oat Porridge With Berries And Maple Syrup

Ingredients
- 160 g rolled oats
- 600 ml plant based milk (or water)
- 1/3 tsp sea salt (just to taste)
- 3-5 drops vanilla
- 1 handful strawberries & blackberries
- 1 tsp pumpkin sseds
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 2-3 fresh figs
- 2-3 tbs maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions
- Place the oats and the milk or water in a large pan over a medium heat. Add a tiny pinch of salt and the vanilla drops and stir with a wooden spoon.
- Bring to a steady simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring as often as you can to give you a smooth creamy porridge – if you like your porridge runnier, simply add a splash more milk or water until you’ve got the consistency you like.
- Serve with seeds, figs and berries. Add a splash of maple syrup to taste.
